1. Do you accept custom designs (OEM/ODM)?

Yes, we welcome both OEM and ODM orders. We can customize size, material, color, logo, and packaging based on your requirements.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our typical MOQ is 01x20'ft container, can mix up 20 different items, depending on the product type. For smaller items or simple designs, the MOQ can be lower. Please contact us for specific details.

3. Can I request a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We offer samples for quality and style checking. Sample lead time is usually 7–10 days, and sample fees may be refunded after the bulk order is confirmed.

4. What is your production time?

Our standard production time is 35–65 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Lead time may vary depending on order quantity and product complexity.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we export worldwide. We work with FOB, CIF, ...or DDP terms based on your shipping preferences.

6. What materials do you use?

We use eco-friendly and sustainable materials such as bamboo, rattan, seagrass, water hyacinth, coconut shell, wood, and recycled materials like paper and magazine...

7. Where are your products made?

Our products are handcrafted in various traditional craft villages across Vietnam — including Ha Noi, Ninh Binh,  and Ho Chi Minh City...

8. Do you work with wholesalers or retailers?

Yes. We supply to wholesalers, importers, chain stores, boutique shops, interior designers, and e-commerce brands around the world.
